I note further with equal surprise and regret that in spite of my repeated statement that the decision arrived at, on inaccurate and imperfect information supplied to Your Excellency by Mr. Seth, seriously hampers me in the administration of justice, and in the conduct of the business of the Court, Your Excellency is of opinion that there appears nothing in the position disclosed inconsistent with the efficient and harmonious working of the machine. Your Excellency therefore either simply disbelieves my statement, or imagines that it is made with some ulterior motive.
